Top dressing is ideally applied after aerating, scarifying and seeding turf areas as part of a renovation programme. This allows the dressing to ‘key’ into the surface and soil below. We can order and arrange the correct dressing for the job to be delivered to site in time for work to be carried out. We can also apply/spread sand to help dry up sports pitches during winter months.
The Dakota 420 will spread sand and top dressing with an even spread pattern. It also has a side elevator for topping up sand.
The Raycam Speedresser 18H is a bulk drop-spreader designed to handle all top dressing materials. The 4 flotation tyres minimise the risk of turf damage & compaction. Ideal for golf courses & sports fields.
